We provide Office 365 and Google Suite and account backups, as well as folder-based local backups via our secure, cloud-based backup solutions. We also offer full-image (whole-machine) backups for critical servers and workstations, available for an additional monthly cost, as outlined in our Cost Calculator.

To simplify things for everyone, we include everything the average small to mid-sized business needs for all our clients, regardless of which Service Plan they choose. We know this isn’t typical in a world where most IT companies charge extra for basic services, but simplicity is central to how we operate, and we find it works better for everyone.
The only significant difference between the Service Plans is the inclusion of Help Desk Services in your fixed, monthly cost. If your business typically needs lots of Help Desk support, Total Business may be for you. That being said, our systems and protocols tend to reduce that need significantly vs other IT providers.
